Mark Kingston is the Executive Chairman of RealNex. In 2013, Mark brought together his experience as the former President of ARGUS Software and former Chief Knowledge Officer of Altus Group to build RealNex. In 2005, Mark led a leveraged buyout and subsequent turnaround of ARGUS that included introducing the firm's products to the Japanese and Chinese markets. Also at ARGUS, Mark led the acquisition of a major European competitor to establish a strong EU presence and continued to add new tools and partnerships to strengthen the firm's arsenal. Over his career, Mark has worked with a variety of private equity firms and has completed multiple ventures with several of those firms. He is also one of few people to successfully complete a simultaneous roll-up and NYSE listing. His varied and successful career has enabled him to develop a number of specialties, including: creating shareholder value and ROI, increasing the value of key personnel as an organizational asset, new business development, globalization, multi-industry execution, and executive accountability for corporate performance and profit.

Mark holds a BS from Mount Union College and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis.

As CEO of RealNex, Jeff brings a wealth of CRE knowledge garnered during his tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of NAI Global. During his tenure, Jeff's branding, technology and globalization strategies led to NAI Global's expansion into 55 countries. This extensive experience in marketing, business development, management and strategic planning have helped position RealNex as a leader in the commercial real estate technology solutions space.

Jeff is a cum laude graduate of Boston University School of Management. He was a founding and advisory board member of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Real Estate Center, two-time recipient of RealComm's Digie Award, and is a trustee of Peddie School.

Demetrios brings 30 years of real estate and finance experience to his role of President & COO of RealNex. His many talents include asset management, business development, corporate real estate, education, lending, property management, research, risk management, strategy, structuring, technology, underwriting and valuation. Demetrios was the Senior Vice President of Global Real Estate Solutions Group at ARGUS software, where he successfully lead the initiative that resulted in the first corporate instance of integration between market data and analytical solutions for commercial real estate.

Demetrios holds a M.S. in real estate from Penn State University. He has served as an adjunct faculty member in the real estate master's program at NYU, where he taught international real estate for ten years.

Jeffrey is a well-known luminary of the real estate academic and consulting world. As the Head of Research and Data Services for RealNex, he brings a multifaceted expertise to the data and analytics available to RealNex users worldwide. He is President and Chairman of the Board of the Homer Hoyt Institute and Professor Emeritus of Real Estate at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is the Educational Consultant to the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), and serves on the advisory board of Sterling Valuation. Jeffrey has consulted for prestigious private real estate companies and large governmental agencies, served on innumerable boards, and received a voluminous quantity of awards. He is RealNex's ace in the hole.

Jeffrey has a doctorate in Real Estate from The Ohio State University. He is a coauthor of Real Estate, 9th edition, published by John Wiley and Sons, coauthor of Real Estate Finance and Investments, 14th edition, published by McGraw-Hill, and coauthor of Property Valuation, published by Dearborn.

Prior to RealNex, Patrick served as the Asia-Pacific VP of Operations for ARGUS Software, where he managed a team of consultants and developers to assure the highest quality delivery of client services, training, and support. He was also instrumental in the first successful deployments of the ARGUS CRM solution in the region. Patrick brings more than 13 years of experience in real estate solutions, including proficiency in client services, development, and project management.

Patrick is based in Singapore. He graduated with honors from the University of Glasgow with a Bachlor Degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering.

Project and product management is under the direction of Soh Har Pang, Executive Vice President of Product Management. She is the former Managing Director and General Manager, Asia-Pacific for ARGUS Software, where she led the charge to develop a significant foothold in the region's real estate industry. Soh Har also led the expansion of ARGUS' product line by taking leadership over the Transactional Management product family and ARGUS' new Appraisal Management and Reporting Platform.

Soh Har is based in Singapore. She graduated with honors from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore where she earned a Bachlor Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and MBA, where she was named to the Dean's List from the Nanyang Fellows Program.

Tim started programing in 1974 when he was a tennis pro in San Diego. During that time he wrote his first software program and joined a friend as a commercial real estate agent. Finding himself in the unique position of being both a commercial real estate agent and a software developer, Tim began writing one of CRE's most successful commercial real estate software programs -- REA. His product Biz*Base was nominated for the prestigious CODiE award, where his program was runner up to Microsoft Excel. After a successful 30 year career writing and publishing REA, Tim's company was acquired by RealNex. Tim continues to bring his expertise and innovation to improving and developing the RealNex suite of products.

Lynn is a quality driven executive with over 20 years of experience across consulting, training and support in the CRE technology industry. Lynn is passionate about strategic planning, customer success, and marrying strategy to execution. Prior to RealNex, Lynn served as VP of Global Client Services at ARGUS Software

An industry leader in commercial real estate technology solutions, Matthew Smith is VP of National Business Development at RealNex. Matt specializes in building relationships with potential and existing customers and educating commercial real estate brokers on how to use the RealNex Suite to win to more effectively win business. Prior to his role at RealNex, Matt was operations and sales director for Real Estate Assistant (REA). He helped grow the REA brand to worldwide status. He is also a published author and recognized leader is social media marketing.

John is an expert in technology based transaction platforms focusing on the commercial real estate industry. He has over 20 years of achievements in the Real Estate, Finance and Technology sectors and is an award winning sales manager and business development strategist. Prior to joining RealNex, John was Senior Vice President and National Sales Director at Auction.com where he led the business development team to over $5 Billion in annual sales. John is a key advisor to several technology companies and has held senior management positions at Garnet Capital, IndyMac Bank and Saxon Capital.

John attended Yale University and holds the CMB designation from the University of California's School of Mortgage Banking.

Sarah left academia for the fast-pace and creative possibilities in high tech. She specializes in engaging, well-written, and relevant content that will communicate the value of the RealNex offering. Sarah is especially interested in digital marketing and developing loyal and invested customers through quality offerings and communications.

Sarah has an MA in English literature from Baylor University, and is currently writing her dissertation towards a PhD from Texas A&M University.

As a founder of the Houston Technology Center and a founder and past Chairman of the Houston Angel Network Investor Organizations, Joseph has helped 100's of companies achieve their business objectives. Since 1996, Joseph has led technology based companies and pioneered cloud-based hosting business service offerings. He has been a development partner in over 5 million square feet of hardened data center space in six major US cities. As a founding executive with OEN/FISION and 186KMPS Partners LTD, improved and sold more than 2000 miles of metropolitan fiber optic network plants, led the first fiber to the home cable TV provider, and negotiated the largest network programming broadcast package ever amassed. As a founder of the Houston based Paranet Corporation, Trahan led the energy practice, serving practically every fortune 500 energy company with a presence in Houston, eventually resulting in the sale of company to Sprint Communications for $486 million in 1996.

Brittany brings a focused customer-centric philosophy to her management of support, services, and operations. She comes to RealNex via ARGUS Software, where she managed support teams in London and the US and was created the online knowledge base for the company.

Brittany has trained in support and services all over Europe and holds a BA from the University of Houston.

Ted is a prominent expert in technology and has dedicated his 25+ year career leading and transforming the industry through business process reengineering and technology enablement. Previously Ted was the head of MIS/IT for ING Global Real Estate. Prior to joining ING, he served many leading real estate businesses in the leadership role in technology, including as the Senior Vice President and CTO for ING Clarion Partners (2004-2007), Director for Deutsche Bank Real Estate (1996-2003) and GE Capital Commercial Real Estate (1992-1996).

Ted graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Glenn has served as both General Counsel and Board Member to RealNex since its inception. Prior to his tenure at RealNex, he was a founding partner and General Counsel of the Pavonis Group, LLC, an investment management company that specializes in software and data solutions for the commercial real estate market.

As an attorney, he has focused his career on creditor representation, banking and real estate. Glenn has represented clients in asset and real estate acquisitions, commercial financing and leasing, mortgage banking, contracts and corporate matters.

As a partner in Petillo & Walters, P.C., his former clients included Citibank, GE Capital, CIT Group, Genworth Financial, Key Bank, Champion Mortgage, Eastern Savings Bank and Unity Bank. Glenn holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and a JD from Seton Hall School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey and is a member of various state and federal associations and courts within those jurisdictions.

Pius was born and raised in Hong Kong and came to the States in 1977. He moved to Houston in 1982 after graduating from the University of Mississippi with both a Bachelor and Master of Accountancy degrees. Pius received Honorary Doctor of Finance in 2004 from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China.

He is currently the Executive Vice President of RealNex, a CRE technology company. He was the Chief Administrative Officer and Managing Director – Americas of the ARGUS Software, Inc. from 2006 to 2013.

Pius is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a CPM (Certified Property Manager), a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

He served as the President of the CCIM Institute in 2005, the 39th president of the CCIM Institute and the first ever president born outside the United State of America. He served on the executive committee of the National Association of Realtors, the world's largest trade association with membership over 1.1 million, in 2006 and 2007.

Pius is the founding member of the Asian American Real Estate Association in Houston and the Asian Real Estate Association of America nationally. He served as the Treasurer of AREAA as well as serving on its Board of Directors from 2004 – 2007.

Pius is a senior faculty member of the CCIM Institute and faculty emeritus of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is currently holding the title of visiting professor of the School of International Economic and Trade of the University of International Business and Economic in Beijing, China. He served as Adjunct Professor of the Jones Graduate School of Business of the Rice University and Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston in the past. He has teaching experience around the world in countries such as Czech Republic, Poland, Russia, Japan, Mexico, Korea and China.

The Houston Association of Realtors named him the International Realtor of the Year in 1998 and the Realtor of the Year in 2002 and the National Association of Realtors awarded him the CIPS Instructor of the Year in 1999. The Houston/Gulf Coast CCIM Chapter named him 2004 CCIM of the Year.

Specializing in business transformation by connecting people, processes and technology, Robert's 20 year career has taken a winding route before arriving in the pivotal role of leading Client Success for RealNex. Experience as both team player and captain in energy, financial software, business consultancy, and government sectors led to a honed talent for listening and understanding customer needs.

Prior to joining RealNex, Robert led teams and programs at Western Geco, Argus Software, Bridgepoint Consulting, private clients and Harris County. Graduating from Missouri S&T, Robert earned an unusual combination of BS degrees in both Biochemical Engineering and Economics.
